Due to the local drinking age, the tour is restricted to guests 20 or older.
You must pay for your own drink at other bars that we dont cover. A drink costs roughly 500-700 yen. (details will be announced once you book)
There is vegetarian/vegan food options for guests (please let us know ahead of time) .
Itinerary
6:00 pm - New Year's Eve Kickoff:
- Gather at the designated meeting point for a warm welcome and introduction to your Okawari guide.
- Brief overview of the evening’s itinerary.
- Start the night with a 2-hour unlimited alcohol and food course at a vibrant retro themed izakaya!
- We will also provide Japan famous hangover drink to help prepare you for the night!
8:00 pm - Harmonica Yokocho Excursion:
- Enter the nostalgic lanes of Harmonica Yokocho, a haven of traditional izakayas and small eateries.
10:00 pm - Move to Shinjuku for the Next Bar:
- Move to the next Izakaya bar for 2 hours of unlimited drinks and play some drinking games as well!
- Conclude the night with the New Year’s countdown at a lively Shinjuku venue, soaking in the festive atmosphere and having a block party with drinks in the streets.
- Find a cozy spot to celebrate the approaching New Year.
12:00 am - New Year's Countdown and Farewell:
- Experience the joyous atmosphere as the clock strikes midnight.
- Bid farewell to the old year and welcome the new one with newfound friends.
